how do i insert 20 picture at one time

i want to add 20 pictures to a new pp presentation. i want each
picture on a different slide. is there a way to do this all at once
or do i have to insert a picture open a new slide insert a picture 20
times?

Depends on which version of PowerPoint you have. PowerPoint 2002 and 2003
have it built in. Go to Insert > Picture > Photo Album. Otherwise see the
add-in at http://www.mvps.org/skp/iiw.htm.
