How do I increase the memory assigned to Microsoft Outlook?

I keep getting a message saying that my mailbox is at or near capasity. I am
being told that I am at 62281KB out of 52425KB. E-mails are being rejected
when I only have 4 or five e-mails. I have deleted all my e-mails in my
inbox, outbox and my trash.
 
Outlook isn't your issue here since the message is coming from your ISP and
not Outlook. Login to your web based mailbox and delete the message from
there.
 
Have you checked you sent items and deleted items folders?
