How do I increase the local mailbox size?

I am connected to an exchange server with Outlook 2003 and I am using the
"Use Cached Exchange Mode". On the local machine I keep getting an error
telling me that I have exceeded the size limit on my mailbox. However, when I
do not use the "Use Cached Exchange Mode" I do not get this message. The
Exchange server mailbox limit is set far above the limit being used. For this
account the size is set to 5 GB (for the company President) and I 'm only
using 1.8 GB. How can I make this match what is on the exchange?

sounds like you have a ansi ost - delete the ost and make a new profile - it
should make a Unicode ost for you to use.
