If your email program allows inserting pictures (not all do) you could choose
File, Save As and in Files of Type, select JPG or PNG and save all slides or
just the current one (your choice). Then insert the picture file into the
email.
If the recipient's email program allows viewing pictures in-line (not all do)
then you're in business.
