how do i import .vcs to outlook calendar without duplicates?

we're trying to import from google calendar to outlook calendar. if we
choose to import via import/export wizard, we do not get a "replace
duplicates with items imported" option when we choose the "import an
icalendar etc" option..resulting in duplicate entries. it is inefficient to
delete each entry manually - you end up duplicating/triplicating for the
whole year!
