Stuck with an old PC (old office version - 2002) and my contact db was saved
on a new PC (new version office XP), can anyone help me...
I've tried converting to xls but that doesn't do it either...

No need to import or convert to a different file format. PST is Outlook's
native format. Just open the file. Instructions:
File > Open > Outlook Data File...

Not an option. Read the post. User is not using Outlook 2003. Office XP uses
Outlook 2002.

You may want to upgrade the file format if your old file is 2k format. It
does not support 2gb files.
Then like Russ wrote you open it as a second Personal Folder and then you
can drag and drop to your primary Folder
