Am not really any further ahead in actually completely understanding what
you want to do so will stay generic. "Website or online database" doesn't
mean much (leastwise not to me) in concrete data terms.
#1 - If you can't export your data from this source then assume that you're
asking about a "cut 'n paste" approach to put the info directly into
Outlook. Answer - no approach that I'm aware of unless you can format the
info as outlined by Brian (depending on how this stuff is displayed on
screen - you may be able to skim this info using a screen cap program that
allows for scrolling regions and put the data into a text file - then ensure
it's formatted accordingly)
#2 - If you can get your data in an "importable format" - then the Outlook
Import wizard is part of Outlook - ergo free. If you want/need to import
custom field info - then your only options are to write your own code or use
a 3rd party product.
#3 - If your talking about addresses related to Outlook Web Access for an
Exchange based envirn- then Milly's suggestion may apply
