How do I import my old, saved Outlook XP data file into 2007?

I upgraded to Outlook 2007 but saved my old data from XP. I can't get the new
Outlook to read or recognize it. Do I have to go back to using XP to access
all of my saved emails?

How are you trying to connect it to the new Outlook?
