I have been using Windows mail as my email product. Have just purchased and
installed Outlook 2007. Can I import all of my email records/folders from
Windows Mail into Outlook?

In Outlook do File-Import and Export-Import Internet Mail and
Addresses-next. You did look there first?

In WIndows Mail, click File>Export>Messages to transfer your messages.
Folder hierarchy should be preserved. If you import them from Outlook, the
Received time stamps will change to the time of import. Most people don't
want that.

And a mail Import from OL, alters dates to the Import date, whereas an
Export from Mail/OE doesn't

I know that.
WM only has Exchange or Eudora in the Export function - will the Exchange
option actually export to Outlook?

And in fact even that's wrong - it's Microsoft Exchange or Windows Mail, not
Eudora...
