How do I import mail messages from Mozilla Thunderbird files?

I want to import email messages from Mozilla Thunderbird (1.0.2) but there is
no such option in the import dialogue. Does anyone know if/how this can be
done?
 
What formats will Mozilla export to? If it can do Comma Separated Values,
OE can readily import this format.
