How do I import Inbox Assistant Rules (Outlook Express 4.0 to 5.0)?

I've imported all messages from Outlook Express 4.0 on one computer to Outlook Express 5.0 on another, but can't determine how to import the Inbox Assistant rules

I backed up the rules to a "Registration Entries" file, then double clicked on it (as instructed in a Microsoft article I read). I get the message "....info. has been successfully added to the registry..", but the rules do not show up in Outlook Express

Any suggestions are appreciated

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
