I have perused many forums about this and can find nothing that is comprehensible or useful!
I have created a folder in my Outlook for my Hotmail account, and the Inbox contents have come over but not the folders. It seems a simple request but I can't find a solution.
1. I don't need Outlook Connecter - the account is already created.
2. Microsoft Help is useless, so please don't tell me to go there!
3. If you are going to speak to me of .pst files, please explain what they are, where they are and what to do with them!
I can't find anything in the Outlook menus - am I missing something? I also can't find anything in Hotmail.
