how do I import gmail Calendar to Microsoft Calendar

Export your Gmail calendar as ics.zip. Unzip it, and import into Outlook.

gmail has a synronize utility you can download from their website. Once
downloaded you can choose between 3 sync options and set a time interval for
automatic syncronization.
