There are 3 different things off the top that need to be checked
#1 - Your Excel named range as noted in the response from Adrian but in this
particular case, doubt the "named range" is the problem unless your email
addresses are in the last column not covered by the named range
#2 - Did you manually map your fields or let Outlook <AutoMap> and expect
the field to be mapped correctly (depending on auto-map is a leading cause
of things not getting imported)
#3 - If you manually mapped the fields - what field exactly did you map the
Email Address to? What other email fields did you map (i.e. Email Address
Type). If your email addresses are simple SMTP addresses - should be mapped
to <Email Address> (or <Email 2 Address> etc) and should let Outlook fill in
the Address Type field.
