how do i import contacts from outlook express to outlook 2007

Ive upgraded to outlook 2007 and dont know how to import, have I lost my
contacts from outlook ?
 
Post more clearly. Your subject and your post don't agree and we can't guess
what you meant to say. Make sure you accommodate the fact that Outlook and
Outlook Express are completely different programs. One is not an upgrade to
another.
