How do I import contacts from outlook 2003 into outlook 97??

I have only the contacts file from another person using outlook 2003. My
computer has outlook 97. I need VERY PRECISE instructions to get the files
from 2003 to 97. They are saved on as a .pst file. The person who saved the
2003 contact data is no longer accessible and there are about 200 contacts
that I MUST get information for -- HELP!!! I am a completely new user to
outlook and have only a teeny clue about what I am doing.
 
You will at least need to know how this PST file was created.
PST files that are created in Outlook 2003 or exported from Outlook 2003 are
not compatible with earlier versions. The only way to have a PST file that
is compatible is to create a new PST file in "Outlook 97-2002" format while
in Outlook 2003.
