I've saved my work contacts from Outlook 2003 in a .pst file and need to
import them into Outlook 2002 at home. The pop up says the file is not
compatible with this version of the Personal Folders information service.
Contact Administrator.

The company I was with went out of business and there is no Admin to
contact. Any suggestions?

1. Open the PST file in Outlook 2003 or 2007.
2. Create new PST file in the old Outlook 97-2002 format.
3. Copy all contacts to this PST file.

Now you can open the old-format PST file in Outlook 2002.
