How do I import contacts from my Yahoo mail to Outlook 2007

Hi
How do I import my address book from Yahoo mail to Outlook
I have already gone to Yahoo and exported the file to My Docements
as It says in Yahoo mail for Microsoft Outlook
But when I try to import it to from my documents to Outlook I see nothing in
my contacts file
 
What file did you export the data to on your machine and what format is it
in? That's the first step in importing data.
