how do i import contact from 2000 to 2003 with attached notes

I have recently purchased a new notebook from dell, and want to transfer my
contacts and all the information it contains to the new laptop. I can not
figure out how to do this. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it
since there is a lot of information on my old computer.

I'm assuming you're talking about contacts that you've created in Outlook.
If so, you'd be better off asking this question in a newsgroup related to
Outlook (there are several starting microsoft.public.outlook)

This newsgroup is for questions about dealing with external data using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional (and which,
as far as I'm aware, doesn't have contacts associated with it)
