how do I import an address book from another computer to Oulook

anyone know how to to add an address book from another computer. i have
Outlook in another computer. When we installed Outlook in a new computer, it
screwed up the address book. It seems that outlook express is easier to work
with than outlook.
 
OK. I guess I used the wrong term. Where is my "address list"?

setting the new installation to use it.
The file you need to transfer is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

this doesn't work. It still doesn't bring in all the old files.
