I am new to all this so please speak slowly and clearly :-)

I am using MS office 2003. How do import all of my folders and mail from
Thunderbird in to Outlook? I have tried to use the import function on MS
Office but it seem to only be geared for other MS products and I am not
confident enough to experiment. Any one done this before here?

Thanks,
Magnolia

Consult the Thunderbird Help files for how to export to a format suitable
for import into Outlook.

Does your ISP offer the option for IMAP instead of POP email? That's you're
easiest way...
