How do I hold the last slide after the bullets have automatically.

I want the last slide to hold after the three bulleted items have
automatically transitioned. This will be exactly as the music is ending. The
slide show will be shown during dinner, and I want the last slide to stay on
the screen during the meal.
 
If I do this, the bullets do not automatically transition, either. Is there a
way to freeze the slide after the last bullet has transitioned?
