How do I hide fax numbers???

When I send an email from Outlook 2003 or directly from Word all is wel
until I click the To: Cc: buttons. My contacts are displayed for al
email addresses however, I get multiple listings for the same people i
they also have a fax number (or a second email address) in m
contacts. The problem is you can not re-size this dialogue box an
therefore you do not know what field you are clicking. How do I ge
this box to display only email addresses. (Shamefully I still use a
old fax machine and do not require fax numbers
 
The standard behavior for the Outlook Address book is to display all
electronic addresses (both fax and e-mail). That behavior cannot be changed.
The only way to prevent the display of fax numbers is to store them in a
different field or to disguise them (e.g., precede them with an alpha
character) so that Outlook won't recognize them as phone numbers.
