how do I hack a password protected *.pst

I have an enduser that password protected her *.pst file and her computer
crashed now she can't remember what she put as a password. Is there any way
to pull her contacts out of her *.pst?
 
It is Office 2003 professional and I got an error when I ran it saying it
couldn't open it.
