How do I graph confidence intervals?

I would like to graph my confidence intervals vertically in excel. Does
anyone know how to do this?
 
In the absence of information from you, I will assume that you are
plotting a series of means and want to show the uncertainty in each.
Select the data series on the chart and then from the menu
Format|Selected Data Series|Y Error Bars. Click on the Display|Both
icon. Click on Custom and in the "+" and "-" fields point to a range
that contains the half widths of the confidence intervals; i.e. the
confidence interval is
xbar +/- w
so in the "+" and "-" fields point to the range that contains the w's/
