How do I gett rid of obsolete entires of "Open with" when inserting a DVD into the drive

Over the course of the last six months I have tested a number of pieces of
software pertaining to DVD creation or DVD playing. These have all been
trailware as I've tried to determine which software I wanted to purchase.
I've finally made that decision and even after uninstalling applications I
end up with entries on the "Open With" dialogue box when I insert a DVD to
play. My question: HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE OBSOLETE ENTRIES? I no longer
have the Total Video Player installed. Nor do I have anything pertaining to
Nero installed yet I still have Nero Recode and Nero Vision is possible
selections. When I click on any of these, needless to say, nothing happens.
