How do I get two seperate accounts to use two seperate data files?

Situation: I have two smtp accounts. I want each of these smtp accounts to
deliver its mail to a seperate pst file.

I know this can be done with client side rules to redistribute the mail post
delivery but I'd really rather the accounts deliver directly to their own pst
 
Use a separate profile for each account. 'Control Panel|Mail|Show
Profiles|Add'.
