How do I get the standard A2 envelope in Office 2002?

For greeting cards, I am having difficulty creating this envelope which is
quite common. The address always appears too low and everytime I use it, I
have to go back to options and reenter the height. It does not keep it.
What am I doing incorrectly? Please reply to my email addy:

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, such as one for Word.

Note a couple of things: these newsgroups are staffed by unpaid
volunteers, not by Microsoft tech support. As such, private EMail
support is frowned upon: if it's worth my time to come post an answer,
it should be worth yours to come look for it. And posting your email
address in the newsgroups unfortunately is an open invitation to
spammers, who will run programs to automatically harvest email
addresses from these newsgroups. NEVER post your real address without
munging it; see the instructions on the Newsgroups page at
http://support.microsoft.com.
