How do I get the permissions tab in calendar properties?

I want to give access to other users; but the properties does not have the
permissions tab.
 
ARe you using Exchange server and have the Exchange mailbox as your default
delivery location?

Yes, I am using Exchange server and the exchange mailbox as my default.
Could you please help me to dore research to resolve this issue?
 
What versions of Outlook and Exchange and do you have the appropriate
permissions set in Active Directory?
