how do I get the outline around the labels back in Word 2000?

There used to be a gray outline around the labels. Now I can't find it, no
matter which template I use. What happened?

I normally print from template # 5160, or 5260, for Laser labels.

Without the outline, it's almost impossible to judge where each label begins
and ends.
