How do I get the little envelope back in tray?

I have hidden or disable the litle envelope icon from tray. Now I want it
back. How can I put it near the clock again?

TOOLS > OPTIONS> PREFERENCE TAB > E-MAIL OPTIONS > ADVANCED EMAIL OPTIONS
