How do I get the cursor to say "Back to Home Page" instead of a ha

The cursor has a hand showing over my hyperlinked seal. I would like it to
say "Back to Home Page" instead of having a hand there. How do I do this in
Frontpage?

Forget it. Make the link say Back to homepage instead.

Give the link a title tag.

I think the OP was asking about "tooltips" or similar ??
 
That wont remove the hand cursor but perhaps it is enough for the OP.
