How do I get rid of this problem

IE7 & redirects going to

http://www.google.com/hws/dell-usuk/afe?hl=en&channel=us&s=res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm

oftentimes regardless of which web site I am trying to access...ie goes to
the website I ask it to then it auto redirects to the address above with a
404 error upper left corner of IE7

I have run many app's to rid my system of this
-malware bytes
-one care live
-Spywareblaster
-Superantispyware

looking for this issue to get removed, yet it still keeps interrupting
things. Does anyone have any knowledge of this and how to rid IE7 of this ?

go to another computer and download the following 2 programs in the order below
in safe mode

http://www.downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
