How do I get RID of the Windows Flag?

I'd sure like to finally be rid of that constant advertisement for windows
in every folder I open - the Windows Flag in the top right corner. I've
tried to research this and all I can find is a hundred ways to get rid of
it in IE, OE or Explorer. Problem is I don't use any of those programs.
But it is in every single folder I open, and that's where I want to get
rid of it.
How do you do that?

Maybe it would be easier to replace the flag with a different graphic --
either something you like better or a plain gray square. You'd need to find
that graphic and replace it, which is a whole different project, though.

Yeah, I thought about that. If I could find the graphic of the Windows
Flag, maybe I could just DELETE the graphic. Problem is, I have no idea
where it is. It isn't in SHELL32.DLL, cause I looked. I'm currently using
YZToolbar's option to get rid of the graphic in explorer and IE. Problem
there is, first you see it, then you don't. Then you see it again! That is
to say, Some folders don't show the flag now, but for some reason, other
folders always show it, no matter how many times I open the folder. I've
been able to use YZToolbar to change the icons in the foldrers, but that
flag business REALLY ruins the custom skin I have applied to the OS, to
make it not look like XP!

Does anyone know where this flag is so's I can zap it to Hades? Kelly?
Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?

No, you are using "windows explorer" as opposed to "internet explorer", so
if you are going to be a pick-ass, get it right.
