While this isn't really an administration question with a subcategory of
security...

Those, if properly used, will surely clean you up... I hope... The old adage
about prevention being better than cure is in effect. I haven't had to clean
LOP out in ages so I'm assuming one of the malware apps will happily take
care of it for you this time.
