How do I get rid of the LDAP pop-up window on start-up?

When I start Outlook 2003, I receive an annoying LDAP pop-up window. It
doesn't seem to effect operation of Outlook once it's acknowledged. However,
how do I prevent this window from popping up?

The LDAP anomaly also seems to adversely effect my Yahoo Intellisync
program, a program which synchronizes my Yahoo and Outlook Contacts address
books. Y! Intellisync worked fine until I loaded Office 2003. Thanks for
your assistance.

Remove it via Tools > Email Accounts > View/Change existing directories and
address books.
