J Jon Kennedy Mar 24, 2006 #2 It's probably due to this update: Internet Explorer ActiveX update http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912945/en-us If you installed it separately, you can uninstall it via Add/Remove in Control Panel. More info on this here: http://msmvps.com/blogs/spywaresucks/archive/2006/03/04/85409.aspx It will be included in the next cumulative security update next month, and won't be uninstallable then.
