I need a NON-technical answer to this question. I have 2 personal folder
lists. The icon for each list is DIFFERENT. Otherwise they are identical and
function in tandem. I am NOT a computer expert, this my personal machine in
use at home, and I need a clear, simple explanation as to why 2 lists are
present. I'm wondering if, by design, the second list is supposed to be
there. Is this normal? When all other directions have been followed, why
does this list continue to remain??
I have created completely new profiles several times (with all the
horrendous recreating of rules, etc.) and have learned that the second set of
folders suddenly appears in the middle of the import process. What is the
solution?????
