How do I get rid of default-homepage network's control of my IE6 start page?

This is mighty annoying. How do I get ride of it? Philosophically, I
see this as going beyond spam and sort of breaking and entering and
vandalizing. Can't there be a class action suit filed against this
company or something? Hello, lawyers out there!Perhaps criminal
penalities, too? Jail time? I don't normally support capital
punishment, but .....
 
it should ask before it changes your homepage. If it
doesn't, try switching your security settings up. right
click -> properties on the big blue "E"
