What add-ins are in your Excel startup folder? What add-ins are in your
Office startup folder? If you're using Norton Antivirus, did you
disable the Office Plugin?

I'm alos having problems: when I click on excel. I always get "intalling
excel fetures" then it opens up as comile error " can't fint the project
library"

I finally fixed this problem tonight. I had a PDF maker file stuck in my
Excel start up. Did you recently download adobe pdf maker for a 30 day
trial? The trial period has since expired and all program files were deleted
except for this one that launches with Excel. Find the file in your Excel
start up, cut and paste it to any other folder.
