How do I get rid of an Outlook error?

When ever try to send an email, I get the following Microsoft Outlook error
each time I hit "New": A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you
have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected,
it may be a virus and you should choose "No".

I can receive email with no problem and have run a complete virus scan.

How do I solve this?

Are you using Word as your mail editor? Do you have the Adobe Acrobat PDF
Maker add-in installed?
