How do I get picture attachments to automatically display?

Is it possible to have Outlook '03 automatically display pictures attached to
emails in the viewer pane? Outlook Express does it. I've turned off the
don't download pictures, and still have to double click on each picture to
get them to open.

No. Outlook doesn't have this feature.
