How do I get pics to change automatically from one to another?

I want to have pics change automatically like they do at MSN.COM. How do I
get this to happen?
 
Provide some details. What pictures on MSN.com? Provide a URL to a
specific page.

BTW, you may wish to view the source of the page to see what they're doing.
That's what we'll do.
