How do I get Outlook to use the default "display as" when I impor.

My default setting for the "File As" in Contacts is to use the First Last
naming, but when I import from Excel, the items default to Last First even
though the names are First Last and in one cell on the spreadsheet. Is there
anything I can do to change this?
