How do I get Outlook 2003 to pull email addresses from my contact.

I just switched from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. In my previous Outlook,
when I wanted to send an email I just typed the first three or four letters
of the person's first or last name in the "To..." field. Outlook would then
put a red line under the name. When I right-clicked on the red line, Outlook
would pull all possible matches from my Contacts folder.

I loved this feature! Can it be turned on in Outlook 2003? Right now all I
have is the "Auto-Complete" feature that only suggests names that have been
used recently.

You still have autoresolve in OL2003 ...
To check, type in the first few letters of a name or email address & press
the Check Names button in the toolbar...does it work?

You can turn off autocompletion (Suggest Names) and enable autoresolution
(Automatic Name checking).
Make sure you didn't disrupt the connection between your Contacts Data and
the Outlook Address Book when you migrated to the new version.

Outlook 2003 also has autoresolution. Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Advanced
E-mail Options. Check the "Automatic Name Checking" box toward the bottom.
Type a few characters in To and press CTRL-K. YOu need to have your
Contacts folder enabled as an Address Book, though.
