how do I get old autocorrect file over to new copy of ACCESS front

I've split my database into Back end and Front end. I'd like to use
different copies of the front end including the AUTOCORRECT data. When I
copy the front end to a new location, the autocorrect file doesn't come
along. How can I fix this?

Hi.

On my Windows 2000/Access 2000 system, it appears to be a file called
Administrator.acl (the .acl file type is AutoCorrect List File), which is
located in my user directory: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application
Data\Microsoft\Office. I verified this by checking the date/time stamp of
the file before and after adding a new AutoCorrect entry, and verifying that
after the addition, that file had today's date when it did not previously. I
found out about this file by searching the registry for "AutoCorrect".

If you don't have the same setup as I do, the file may be named or located
differently, but I believe it would still have a .acl extension.

If you decide to replace a user's .acl file with a different one, please
make backups first, and be advised that you make such replacements at your
own risk
