how do i get new IE windows to open full screen?

Hi,

I think there is some tweak that will automatically allow me to open a new
IE window to full page size. right now I open a page and only get a small
IE box.

Anyone know how this is done? Hope this makes sense.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
