For some reason it is giving me a error message which says:

"Task 'pop.mail.yahoo.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your
e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your
account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server
responded: -ERR invalid user/password'"

The problem I am having is the computer tells me that the "password" is
wrong or something.... WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG?

No, its not a paid account... It is just a regular yahoo account. FREE (Thats
the way to go)

Then you cannot use it with Outlook. Yahoo.com does not support POP access
using free accounts. You might want to look into this, however:
