Follow the instruction on your ISP's support site.

Otherwise post your ISP info here and someone will
hold your hand and walk you through it.

ok I have this same problem! what do I do?

Exactly what I told Julie.

Read the documentation that your ISP supplied.

Who is your Internet Service Supplier?

If you are connecting via Wi-Fi it may be that you don't have
your own Internet connection in which case you'll need
a web based email address. By far the best is Gmail since it is
genuinely portable in the sense that it can be accessed from any
intenet connection and any method ie. web or pop.

Get an account here... http://tinyurl.com/2nt7qb
Then follow these http://tinyurl.com/32paga instruction
to set up your accountin Windows Mail.

Don't worry about the instructions being for Outlook Express
they are fine for WM.

Do take the time to read the instructions and follow them.

So... first things first... ISP for email details
or get a Gmail account.

PS. An awful lot of hassle for you and others could have been avoided
if you had simply taken the help option on your start menu and searched on
email.

I advise you top learn about your computer rather than getting in the habit
of relying on others because they won't always be there.
