How do I get into access after inadvertantly setting permissions

I was trying to stop warning messages by setting the security to low. I made
the wrong selection and tried to come out without doing anything.
Unfortunately the wizard has set up some permissions on the database and now
I cant get in.
 
What do you mean, you can't get in? What error do you get? Are you being
asked for a password? Are you being asked for a UserID?
